What is GreenRide?

Green Ride is a web-based application designed to reduce automobile dependency and promote the use of alternative transportation. By encouraging SBCC students, staff and faculty to leave their cars at home, it helps reduce parking lot expansion and campus traffic, preserve air quality, conserve fuel, and promote better health.

GreenRide helps users find carpool partners by searching for other faculty, staff or students who live near them and have similiar schedules and preferences.
