By submitting this Registration Form, I agree that the information provided may be entered into the SBCAG's Traffic Solutions Online database. I understand that the information I provide will only be used for the purpose of generating lists of interested rideshare partners and/or for the purpose of administering the Emergency Ride Home Program and Traffic Solutions Online Programs and that those individuals who receive my contact information WILL NOT be provided my home address. If I have indicated an interest in vanpooling, I agree that my contact information may be shared with a vanpool leasing company for the purpose of vanpool formation.

I acknowledge that participation in a carpool, vanpool, the Emergency Ride Home Program or Traffic Solutions Online Program is an individual decision and that I am responsible for my operation of, or participation in a rideshare, Emergency Ride Home or Traffic Solutions Online arrangement. I understand that this website’s sponsoring agencies shall have no responsibility or liability for any claims, expenses or damages resulting from any individual’s participation in a carpool, vanpool, Emergency Ride Home Program or Traffic Solutions Online Program.

In addition, I acknowledge that giving personal information, including addresses and contact information is a personal decision that may affect my personal security. I understand that giving such information to anyone, including individuals I may contact through services such as this, requires care and taking reasonable safeguards to assure my safety and the security of my personal information.

I further understand and agree that as a voluntary participant in the Emergency Ride Home Program and Traffic Solutions Online Programs SBCAG, its employees, members and officers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss or other harm to me or my property and I further agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and forever acquit SBCAG and their employees, officers and members from any and all actions, causes of action, claims or any liabilities whatsoever, known or unknown, now existing or which may arise in the future, on account of or in any way related to or arising out of my participation in the programs.
